One-on-One Coaching
For those who are ready to move.

For leaders inside organizations.

You're good at your job. You've built credibility, earned trust, and taken on more responsibility over time. But somewhere along the way the role got heavier — more complexity, more people, more pressure — and the support hasn't kept pace.

Leadership coaching gives you a dedicated space to think clearly about what's happening, what you want, and how to lead in a way that's sustainable for you and effective for your team. Not a performance review. Not advice from someone who hasn't been where you are. A real conversation with someone who has.

For individuals navigating a career transition.

You're not lost. You're between chapters — and that space is uncomfortable precisely because you're paying attention to it. Maybe you're considering a move, building something new, stepping back from a role that no longer fits, or trying to figure out what you actually want next.

Coaching at this stage isn't about finding answers. It's about asking better questions — with structure, with accountability, and with someone who can help you see what you're too close to see on your own.

Structured. Substantive. Built around where you actually are.

Every coaching engagement starts with a single question: what does meaningful progress look like for you at the end of our work together? From there, each session is purposeful — not a check-in, not a vent session, not advice dressed up as questions.

What you can expect:

•        Sessions that start with your agenda and move toward actionable insight

•        Direct feedback when it's useful — not just reflection

•        Frameworks and tools drawn from 15+ years of organizational leadership experience

•        Accountability between sessions without micromanagement

•        A coaching relationship grounded in confidentiality and honest conversation

What this isn't: a motivational experience, a quick fix, or a substitute for therapy. Coaching works best when you're fundamentally okay and ready to grow — not in crisis.

Coaching Philosophy

Your Agenda, Not Mine

The coaching relationship serves your goals. I bring structure and experience; you bring the direction. We go where the work actually needs to go.

Name What’s True

The thing you’ve been circling around? We’ll name it, look at it, and decide what to do with it.

Work the Gap

Between where you are and where you want to be is specific, addressable distance. That’s what we work on.

Momentum That Holds

The goal isn’t just a good coaching experience. It’s changed behavior and new capability that holds after our sessions end.

Grounded in experience. Guided by training.

My coaching practice is built on 15+ years of organizational leadership — working inside institutions that were navigating change, managing teams under pressure, and developing leaders at every level. I know what it feels like to carry a role that's grown heavier than the support around it, because I've been there.

I am currently pursuing my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) — the gold standard for professional coaching accreditation. My coaching approach is grounded in ICF core competencies: active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication, and a commitment to the client's agenda, not mine.
